1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application or inquiry through the Seven Talent website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Submission. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit any information through our forms.
2. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of any subsequent representation agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Representation
Submission of an application does not guarantee representation by Seven Talent. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of our scouting and management team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.
4. Use of Submitted Information
By submitting your application, you grant Seven Talent permission to use the information provided for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for representation. This includes sharing relevant details with our internal team members involved in the scouting and evaluation process.
5. Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Seven Talent regarding your application status and, if applicable, representation opportunities. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at info@svntalent.com.
6. Age Requirements
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Applicants under 18 are encouraged to have a parent or legal guardian aware of and supportive of their application.
7. No Fees
Seven Talent does not charge any fees for application submission or evaluation. Legitimate modeling agencies do not require upfront payment from talent. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent Seven Talent and requesting payment, please report it to info@svntalent.com immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Seven Talent website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Seven Talent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Seven Talent shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or the submission of applications, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Submission shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Submission at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our submission forms after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
